Evacuation life for our family has proven to be anything but boring! In this episode, we’re excited to share our most recent stories with you, including another trip back into Ukraine, new doors opening for ministry to refugees in Slovakia and Poland, family news, and, sadly, a report on Russia’s latest missile strike in Lviv.

Thank you so much for listening to our podcast! Please share this episode (opens in a new tab) with your friends, and pray for our family as we continue ministering to Ukrainians in Eastern Europe.

How You Can Pray

  • Pray for our next trip to Lviv to pick up residency cards. We expect that some time in early May.
  • Pray for timely and successful completion of the registration process for our new van. 🚌
  • Pray that we would be able to find an inviting organization to act as our “employer” here in Slovakia. This is a critical step for us to obtain residency here.
  • Praise God for improved health for our family! 🥳
  • Pray that God would continue to open doors for our family to bless and minister to Ukrainians.
  • Pray for peace and liberty in Ukraine.

On our way through Poland, we stopped at a gas station where I snapped a photo of this magazine cover. The title of the magazine (top left) is “Our History”. The main story title (left side under Lenin’s arm) says, “Putin ‘liberated’ Ukraine like Stalin did Poland in 1939.” At the bottom of the cover is the word “Aggressors”.

We don’t have a podcast studio, so we figured out how to improvise using laundry racks and a few blankets. But we do have shiny buttons and knobs. It’s like Star Trek in here! 😅🚀
