Abbie and Axel’s Wedding — Watch It Live

Back in May, we shared the news that our eldest daughter, Abigail, was engaged to Axel Alvarenga. Their wedding day is now just around the corner!

This Saturday, August 22, Abbie and Axel will be married in Houston, Texas. Our whole family has traveled back from Ukraine to be here, and I have been given the joy of officiating the ceremony.

So many of you have walked with our family for years — praying for us, supporting us, and following along from Ukraine, the United States, and beyond. We know it’s not possible for everyone to attend in person, so we’ve decided to stream the ceremony live. You are cordially invited to join us!

How to watch

The stream opens at 1:45 PM CDT on Saturday, August 22, and the ceremony begins at 2:00 PM CDT.

For those joining from farther afield, that works out to:

• El Salvador — 1:00 PM, Saturday
• US Eastern — 3:00 PM, Saturday
• US Pacific — 12:00 noon, Saturday
